Blushy Bakery
Irina and her daughter, in the kitchen
Blushy Bakery is Irina Yakovlev and her daughter, baking to order from their kitchen in Spartanburg.
Orders need at least one week's notice.

"From my kitchen to your party" is how Irina puts it, and that is how it works: every order is planned in a conversation, baked to order and finished by hand.
The menu mixes two worlds. Wedding and celebration cakes in soft buttercream, with vintage piping, pearls and fresh flowers. And the layered cakes of Eastern Europe that Russian-speaking families ask for by name: honey cake, Napoleon, Spartak and Golden Key.
Why "Blushy"? For the soft blush pinks and nudes we love to decorate with, and for the bride's blush on the day her cake comes out.
About our mark
Our name is written in a flowing hand script that ends in a small rose heart, with our motto underneath: Sweet moments made fresh. It is the same warm, handmade feel we put into every cake.
Have a date in mind?
Tell us about it. We need at least a week, and the sooner you message, the more room we have to make it special.
