How far ahead should I order a birthday cake?

At Blushy Bakery the minimum is one week before your date. Every cake is baked to order, so a week gives us time to plan the design and bake it.

If your cake has a detailed theme, a tall design or extra desserts, message earlier if you can. It helps us to know the date, the theme and the guest count.

How far ahead should I order a wedding cake?

Message as soon as you have your wedding date. One week is the minimum for any order, but wedding dates fill up, and popular weekends go first.

As a general rule, earlier is easier for weddings, since you also choose the design, size and pickup or delivery. Tell us your venue and set-up time when you write.

What if I need a cake sooner than a week?

We need at least one week's notice for any order, so we cannot promise a cake on a shorter deadline. Message anyway if your date is close, and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

What do I need to have ready before I message?

Have your date, your guest count and the place you will pick up or deliver to. Add your theme or colours and a photo if you have one.

If you want a dessert table with macarons, cream horns or dessert cups, say so in the same message, so we can plan the whole order together.

How does ordering work?

There is no online checkout. You send a message through the order form, by text, or on Instagram. Then we plan the cake together, confirm the date, and you pick up in Spartanburg or ask about delivery.

We serve Spartanburg, Greenville, Greer, Inman, Boiling Springs, Lyman and Duncan, and you can message us in English or Russian.
